Grown about 6500 feet above sea level, only the choicest ripe cherries are selected and dried in the sun. This coffee boasts a lively palate of abundant floral notes, a hint of lemony acidity, ripe red fruits, black tea, and a sweet, aromatic candy-like aftertaste.
