Our Story

Eikon Coffee is the realization of a dream for Brent and Claire Reiter, high school sweethearts and parents to 5 daughters, 4 of whom are students at The Saint Constantine School. For Brent, his love of coffee began 15 years ago, and coffee has remained the primary craft that drives him to excellence in every stage of his career. He currently serves as the Production Manager for Geva Coffee - a family-owned specialty coffee roaster in Houston, TX where he has enjoyed the opportunity to hand select the best green coffees, utilize the finest equipment, and participate in every step of coffee production. Brent and Claire have always loved the idea of one day running their own cafe where they could share a good cup of coffee and excellent service with their community, so when The Saint Constantine School approached them and their business partner, Kyle Maresh, about creating a space on campus to serve the faculty, student body, and their families, the timing felt right!
