This coffee is produced by the Mahara Co-op- a group of 460 certified organic members. The co-op helps its members by providing resources and education so they can continue to improve their harvesting and processing practices. The coffee is processed in the traditional Giling Basah or wet hulled method, which along with the terroir and year-round harvesting season, gives this coffee its much sought after cedar and tobacco tasting notes.
